Construction Manager GU/TU (Timber/Modular Construction) 80-100 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Construction Manager for GU and TU projects in timber and modular construction. You will organize and manage construction sites independently and ensure smooth processing with regard to deadlines, quality and economic efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Independent organization and management of construction sites in the GU/TU area
• Coordination of contractors, suppliers and specialist construction management
• Planning and control of construction processes with regard to deadlines, quality and economic efficiency
• Conduct and documentation of construction site and coordination meetings
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Management of construction documentation as well as monitoring and following up on open pending items
• Organization and accompaniment of preliminary inspections, inspections and commissioning

Your profile:

• Completed training in construction, e.g., as a structural draughtsman, carpenter or mason
• Further training as a technician, construction supervisor or construction manager
• Strong leadership and coordination competence
• Good financial competence for construction cost control and supplemental claims management
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance as well as a flexible, positive and competent personality
• Good digital user knowledge in MS Office, MS Project as well as in construction cost and construction management programs
