Job Description
Start your career with us! Our 3-year apprenticeship offers you an exciting combination of practice and theory. You will learn directly within the company, attend KBL Lachen, and participate in intercompany courses. The Swissmem model apprenticeship provides you with a solid basic education with diverse focuses.
You will go through several departments such as customer service, procurement, accounting, reception, and human resources. In each department, you will take on specific administrative tasks that will provide you with a comprehensive insight into the different business areas.
Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement your own project, where the topic will be chosen based on your interests and strengths.
Furthermore, you will undertake various tasks in the administrative area, such as scheduling, organization of meetings and events. You are proficient in using computers, email, and Co. and have no hesitation in communicating via telephone and Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications
School leaving certificate: You have completed school with good to very good performance and are ready for the next step.
Personality and way of working: You enjoy cooperation and like to contribute to a team to achieve goals together. Punctuality and reliability are a matter of course for you, and you like to take responsibility for your tasks. Furthermore, you are ready to engage in various activities and changing challenges.
Enthusiasm: You bring a decent amount of motivation and enthusiasm for the apprenticeship and look forward to putting your knowledge into practice.
Languages: You can express yourself well in written and spoken German. Foreign language skills are a plus!
