For our production site in Zwieselberg, we are looking for a motivated and quality-conscious personality as: CNC Operator / Polymechaniker 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: In this role, you will process pressed warheads on CNC-controlled lathes and bring them precisely into the specified shapes. In doing so, you set up the machines, operate and monitor the ongoing production processes. You work mostly with existing programs, make adjustments if necessary, or create individual programs independently. Another important component of your activity is 3D measurements as well as the performance and documentation of quality inspections. You recognize deviations early, report them to the team leader and ensure that production orders are processed in a timely and quality-compliant manner. In addition to the actual production, you support feasibility studies for new parts, actively contribute to process optimizations and provide advisory support to internal developers on manufacturing technology issues.
