La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family-tradition company, specializing in the processing of wheat, the manufacture and sale of bakery, viennoiserie and pastry products – catering. All of its products are delivered to the points of sale of the BISA group but also to supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and collectives, hotels and restaurants present in different Swiss cantons.

We are looking for Bakers (M/F) for Genève

Baker

• Preparation, kneading, baking and finishing of productsProduction of breads, specials, viennoiseries, savory products....
• Management of raw materials
• Guarantee compliance with internal standards and norms in force in the profession: hygiene, safety
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Training, diploma in bakery is a plus
• Spirit of initiative and very good management of priorities

The position is to be filled immediately. Schedule 18h-3h.
