For the Zentrum Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS), we are looking for you as Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie 70\-100% immediately or by arrangement. The Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie (KFP) consists of the Gutachtenstelle, the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS) and the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie ambulant (ZFPA). A large number of expert reports are produced annually by the Gutachtenstelle for official clients. The ZFPS includes six wards with a total of 74 beds, where mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out for patients from correctional and remand prisons. The ZFPA operates a forensic outpatient clinic and offers a prison psychiatry consultation and liaison service. Profile - You have an educational qualification as Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH - For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory - Your attitude towards offending individuals is appreciative and risk-aware - You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team - You possess extraordinarily high social competencies - You possess pronounced communicative skills - You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism - You work in a three-shift system Tasks - You work on one of our wards with medium / low security in a group setting - You treat and care for patients from criminal enforcement for measures - Within the framework of key person work, you support and promote the social abilities and skills of patients in a milieu-therapeutic setting - You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring, and the design of the living environment - You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future criminal offenses - You maintain contact with relatives and authorities - You are jointly responsible for the training of apprentices as part of the training mandate Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
