Business Analyst or Business Analyst (80 - 100%)

Your tasks

• You analyze, document and define requirements for short, medium and long-term implementation initiatives.
• You methodically support the establishment of structured and efficient requirements management within the company.
• As an interface between IT and specialist departments, you ensure that requirements are understandable, implementable and goal-oriented.
• You work closely with the specialist department to continuously develop and optimize existing solutions.
• You analyze needs and develop solutions, without losing sight of the details. You contribute your knowledge in business analysis and support the specialist departments in the successful implementation of their projects.

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science (Bachelor level or higher).
• Several years of professional experience in business analysis (professional), ideally in the field of public administration or social insurance.
• Experience with common standards and methods including certification in the field of business analysis / requirement engineering.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.
• Integrative, communicative and solution-oriented personality with the ability to build bridges between different specialist departments.
