In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for the HR of Certas, actively and significantly shape its strategic development and strengthen our team as Head of HR (100%) with work location Zürich or Lausanne (optional) YOUR MISSION WITH US * Leadership and development of our HR team across two locations (5 employees) * You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (incl. payroll accounting) * You ensure efficient personnel administration along the entire employee lifecycle * You further develop our HR strategy and implement it effectively * You are a sparring partner for the executive management on strategic and operational HR topics * You control HR controlling, key figures, reporting as well as budget processes * You lead HR projects and drive them forward successfully together with internal and external partners * You specifically further develop our HR processes, systems and leadership instruments * You actively drive key topics such as talent management, succession planning and employer branding * You are responsible for internal HR marketing and HR communication WHAT YOU BRING * Sound HR training (e.g. federal diploma HR Manager, Master or comparable) as well as at least 4 years of experience in a comparable function * You have fluent German and French skills, mandatory at native level in one of the two languages and a C1 level in the other * Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as sound experience in payroll processes and social insurance * Leadership experience with the ability to lead teams clearly, situationally and development-oriented * High availability at both locations as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland (30 - 40%) * Strategic thinking paired with entrepreneurial and pragmatic implementation competence * Confident appearance, pronounced communication strength and security at all hierarchical levels * You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment and set clear priorities * You are experienced in dealing with HR key figures, MS Office and ERP systems (Abacus, PEP) * Experience in organizational and personnel development is an advantage, but not mandatory WHAT WE OFFER * Responsible key role with direct influence on the further development of HR and the company * Versatile, demanding tasks with great scope for design and decision-making * Meaningful activity in a security-relevant environment * Attractive employment conditions and benefits * Central locations in Zürich and Lausanne with very good connections to public transport Are you the person we are looking for?
