CURAVIVA is the branch association of service providers for elderly people. As a member of the ARTISET federation, CURAVIVA defends the interests of approximately 1 650 organisations that provide care and support to 110 000 elderly people. CURAVIVA is part of the ARTISET federation, alongside the branch associations INSOS and YOUVITA as well as the training provider ARTISET Formation. Director CURAVIVA and member of the management of ARTISET As part of succession planning, we are looking for October 2026 or by agreement a Director CURAVIVA and member of the management of ARTISET Your tasks: You assume operational responsibility for the branch association CURAVIVA with a direct team of approximately 6 collaborators. As the "face" of CURAVIVA, you maintain relations with collective and individual members throughout Switzerland as well as with national organisations dealing with related themes, and you contribute to strengthening the position of the professional association. As a member of the management of ARTISET, you participate actively in the cultural, organisational, and human resources development of the general secretariat, and you assume responsibility for the cross-sectional services of the association and the budgets assigned to you. Your profile: You have proven experience in a management position in the health or social sector. You have proven experience in the management of a branch association and, ideally, continuing education in the NPO field. You have experience in project management and conceptual work. You are an integrative, empathetic, and resilient leadership personality. You succeed both in defending specific interests, keeping an overview, and assuming the resulting responsibilities. You have a good level of German and French and hold a higher education degree.
