Within the Transformation digitale RH team, the Expert-e SIRH plays a key role in a strategic program for modernizing Human Resources, marked by the implementation and evolution of a new SIRH. At the interface between HR professions, users and technologies, he/she contributes to the quality of HR solutions, continuous improvement of processes and enhancement of data. Through his/her expertise, he/she accompanies the adoption of new digital tools and uses, contributes to the success of transformation projects and actively participates in the evolution of the employee experience. Your missions: Contribute to the success of the deployment and evolution of a new SIRH solution at the heart of the company's digital HR transformation. Ensure the quality of service of SIRH tools, support users and guarantee an optimal user experience. Centralize, qualify and prioritize evolution requests, business needs and incidents, while contributing to backlog management and testing phases of new features. Design and maintain clear documentation, user guides and a knowledge base that promotes autonomy and adoption of HR tools. Pilot and improve the quality, reliability and enhancement of HR data through reporting and steering indicators. Participate in the implementation of HR data governance and contribute to the development of a data culture within the HR function. Accompany HR teams in the adoption of new tools, good digital practices and uses related to artificial intelligence. Identify, propose and implement optimizations that continuously improve HR processes, tools and practices. Ensure active monitoring of technological developments and innovations that can create value for HR teams and employees. Collaborate closely with HR, IT teams and external partners to ensure the consistency and performance of the SIRH ecosystem. Your profile: Confirmed experience in a SIRH role and participation in SIRH solution implementation or evolution projects. Good mastery of HCM/SIRH SaaS environments as well as analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI). Ability to link business needs, users and technical teams, and to translate functional challenges into concrete solutions. Ease in accompanying change, user support and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools. Curious about digital innovations and uses of artificial intelligence applied to Human Resources. Analytical mind, service-oriented, rigorous and excellent relational skills. Current French and good level of English; German or Italian are a plus.
