For one of our clients, a leader in the field of civil engineering and road construction, we are looking for a team leader.

Job Description ##

• Participation in the preparation and organization of the construction site
• Participation in the building of teams
• Implementation and application of safety instructions
• Proactivity and reasoning in the general interest of the construction site

We expect ##

• Team leader certificate or a title deemed equivalent in the field of civil engineering
• Good knowledge of the civil engineering construction site
• Organization, proactivity, flexibility, dynamism and good stress management
• Ability to motivate and manage teams
• You demonstrate initiative, have a taste for responsibility, and a sense of command
• Increased knowledge and respect for safety rules
• Good computer skills are a plus
