As a Digital Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will participate in promoting the adoption of digital solutions to optimize factory operations through the implementation of new solutions such as TrendMiner, Braincube and artificial intelligence tools.

How will you have an impact as a Digital Manufacturing Engineering Intern?

• Define and apply the appropriate methodology to manage a project of digital data-based solutions
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Provide training and coaching on digital tools to accelerate the skill development of Operators and Technicians.
• Ensure a daily presence on the field to support skill development and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the correct application of our safety, quality, hygiene and environment rules
• Contribute to effective teamwork
• Communicate transparently and accurately.

What will make you successful

• Engineering student in the final year of training
• Field experience in an engineering or production department, an asset
• Knowledge in data science
• Programming skills in Python and R a major asset.
• Experience in project management, an asset
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in French and English
