Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41246 Published on 05/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Management of the production plan and organization of the workshop • Supervision of a team of 5 collaborators • Coordination of swing presses, cutting presses and welding stations • Participation in start-ups, adjustments and troubleshooting with the team • Animation of workshop sessions and monitoring of priorities • Monitoring of quality, deadlines and performance • Participation in the continuous improvement of processes • Respect for safety rules and good workshop practices Profile ### • Mechanical, microtechnical training or deemed equivalent • Experience in stamping / punching, cutting or welding • Experience in team management or strong field leadership • Ability to participate in start-ups and machine adjustments • Rigor, organization, communication and quality / safety orientation The benefits : • A stimulating position in a dynamic environment • Good conditions Workshop Manager for Stamping / Punching (M/F) / Fixed
