Employee Finance and Accounting 80-100% (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Posting and control of ongoing business transactions
• Execution of payment runs and reconciliation of accounts
• Cooperation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Processing of expense reports and other accounting tasks
• Support with VAT returns
• Maintenance and control of master and financial data
• Cooperation in administrative tasks within the finance team
• Support in the optimization and further development of internal processes

Desired Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or comparable training
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Professional experience in accounting or in finance and accounting
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system is an advantage
• Exact, structured and independent way of working
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Joy in working in a small team
