Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the production department during the respective shift
• Ensuring occupational safety as well as compliance with quality standards and production deadlines
• Support and ongoing improvement of existing work instructions and processes
• Receipt, verification and forwarding of malfunction and error reports during ongoing operations
• Organization and implementation of training for employees
• Planning of personnel deployment including creation of shift schedules

Your profile

• completed training as Electromechanic, Polymechanic, Automation Fitter or Automation Technician EFZ
• Further training as Industrial Master or Process Technician is an advantage
• several years of experience in a leadership function
• very good German skills in spoken and written, at least level C1
• exact, clean and efficient way of working
• flexible and conscientious team player
• structured approach and independent action
• willingness to work in two-shift operation
