Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Prepare economic reports intended for the Office fédéral de la douane et de la sécurité des frontières (OFDF) as well as external stakeholders • Ensure and support reporting processes in terms of content and schedule • Design and write reports relevant to stakeholders, which can serve as a basis for decision-making for the management team and bring added value to daily work • Optimize and develop existing reports • Participate in the planning and reporting process, in credit management, and in the preparation of the annual accounts of the OFDF <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Education in the tertiary sector (university, HES) with an orientation towards business administration or management information systems and a specialization in business administration; initial professional experience • Good knowledge of controlling, particularly in the areas of reporting, planning, and financial management, ideally in a large organization or a large group • Ideally, initial experience in data modeling and in reporting • Good command of common controlling instruments such as SAP ERP / BW / BPC and MS Power BI and very good knowledge of MS Office • Sense of service, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills • Good knowledge of at least one second official language and English <br /> In a few words Be part of the change: For our central controlling, we are looking for a proactive and creative person to help shape modern and efficient controlling and reporting.
