Specialist Digital Innovation and Transformation (m/f/d)

• Discovering opportunities: You recognize digitalization potentials, question existing processes, and contribute ideas.
• Putting technology to the test: In accordance with your role, you deal with new technologies and AI, test concrete products, and find out what creates real added value for us.
• Bringing ideas to the goal: You lead digitalization, innovation, and organizational projects - decisive and clever from the first idea through a pilot to the implementation.
• Networking: You connect specialist departments, IT, data protection, and information security and develop viable, legally secure solutions together with all those involved.
• Organizing knowledge smarter: You help shape and prioritize our knowledge management and further develop digital knowledge and collaboration solutions.
• A university degree or a comparable qualification - for example in business informatics, digitalization, business administration, innovation, organizational development, or information and knowledge management.
• You have already implemented digitalization, transformation, IT, or organizational projects and bring experience in leading projects.
• You understand the interplay of people, processes, organization, and technology.
• AI and new technologies arouse your curiosity - at the same time, you can critically assess what of it actually works in practice.
• Data protection, information security, and the careful handling of sensitive information are part of it for you from the beginning.
• You work independently, structured, and pragmatically and enjoy developing solutions together with others.
• You contribute your own ideas, can take other perspectives seriously, and want to actually implement things. Experience in administration, justice, or law enforcement? Great, but not a must. More important to us is that you are curious and can quickly familiarize yourself with a new world.
• Scope for design: You get the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the digital further development of our public prosecutor's office.
