MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POSITION ##

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an emergency physician to strengthen our team. Your activity will be distributed across several sites:

• the emergency department of our clinics;
• advanced emergency consultations in a group practice in the canton of Vaud;
• post-emergency consultations and patient follow-up in a practice located near the clinic.

MAIN TASKS ##

• Ensure quality care, in accordance with current professional standards
• Establish a relationship of trust with your patients and accompany them throughout their care pathway
• Collaborate closely with our network of accredited specialist physicians
• Participate in the implementation, supervision, and optimization of the center's processes
• Provide organized continuous services, 24/7, including public holidays, in 10-hour shifts, including nights

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Certificate of recognition of diplomas (including post-graduate) from the Commission des professions médicales (MEBEKO) indispensable, and registration of post-graduate title mandatory
• Specialization in general internal medicine or equivalent and in-depth training in hospital emergency medicine (AFC-SSMUS or DESC) desired
• Charismatic and positive personality, you have a leadership style capable of motivating healthcare staff and uniting them around fixed objectives
• Great aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary work
• Dynamism, rapid adaptation, and flexibility
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and ability to resist stress
• Anticipation, efficiency, great organization
• Sense of responsibility
• Interpersonal skills, empathy, and ease in communication
