Your daily routine:

• Customer orders and offers: You create, process, and bring them to completion – from the inquiry to the delivery
• Project processing: You accompany the order through all phases, maintain an overview, and ensure that it runs
• Purchasing and coordination: You clarify prices, deadlines and coordinate with production sites – directly and bindingly
• Opportunities and leads: You record, track and drive them forward – interest becomes an order
• Complaints and returns: You regulate what needs to be regulated – pragmatically and solution-oriented
• Training administration: You organize, coordinate and keep operations running
• Guest care: You are the face and first point of contact for internal and external visitors

What you bring:

• Commercial training or technical basic training (automation technician) with further training to technical salesperson
• Good Office 365 skills, SAP ERP/CRM an advantage
• Technical understanding – you want to know what you are talking about
• Strong communication skills with sales flair – you convince instead of persuading
• Teamwork skills and service orientation – you deliver, but not alone
• German native language, English and other national languages an advantage
