Kaufmann / Kauffrau EFZ

Responsibilities:

• You operate the telephone switchboard in Swiss German
• You advise customers and contact persons
• You process inquiries and orders professionally and commercially
• You coordinate order processing
• You are responsible for the purchase of goods and services
• You perform accounts receivable and accounts payable postings
• You work closely with the field service and other departments
• You schedule and coordinate field service appointments
• You perform and evaluate statistics

Profile:

• Completion as Kauffrau/Mann EFZ A+D (Administration + Service)
• Professional experience in administration and in leading groups
• Good ERP and MS-Office knowledge
• Good geographical knowledge of the Mittelland
• Person with strong communication skills and great commitment
• Readiness for sporadic customer visits
• Very flexible
• Driver's license category B
