What awaits you You carry out expertise on damaged vehicles autonomously within the internal service (damage assessment, confirmation of the plausibility of the claim, calculation of the current value of vehicles in the event of a total loss). You expertize motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, including heavy goods vehicles and other agricultural machinery. You also play a mediator role between the different parties involved during the processing of a claim. You manage the entire Valais region in the field but also provide occasional support in neighboring sectors or internally for the processing of photo files. Your skills Training in the field of mechanical automobile repair or bodywork, with Federal Diploma and/or Federal Master. Significant experience in mechanical automobile repair, experience as a workshop manager or receptionist is an asset. Fluent French, German or Italian level B2 is an asset. Comfortable with usual IT tools, Audatex and Auto\-i is an asset. Good knowledge of remote communication tools (e\-service and youcit). Customer service orientation, management of complex situations and conflicts. Good team spirit, ease of communication, rigor, autonomy and dynamism. Flexibility for daily business travel.
