YOUR TASKS ##

• Patient admission and handling of examination formalities as well as explanation and preparation of the examination process
• Planning of all radiological examinations in specialist areas
• Appointment coordination of examinations for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency patients
• Back-office activities and telephone management
• Shift working hours from Monday to Friday 06:45 - 18:00, occasionally on Saturdays

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training in the healthcare sector or alternatively in the commercial sector with corresponding experience in healthcare
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role as well as knowledge of medical terminology
• Good IT skills, advantageously RAP/SAP/PACS
• Strong quick comprehension as well as a friendly, helpful, and open personality
• Customer-oriented action is a matter of course for you
• You maintain calm and remain focused even in turbulent times
• A good team atmosphere is important to you and you contribute to it
• Good German and/or French skills and understanding in the respective other language
