Structural Drafter (60-100%)
Execution Architect (60-100%)

for the execution and detail planning of new buildings and renovations (historical building fabric), the development of diverse forms of living and commercial spaces, as well as the development of color and material concepts with a focus on the application of natural building materials.

Your requirement profile:

• You have several years of practical experience in the execution planning of demanding projects in Switzerland.
• You show a high interest in architectural and construction-technical questions and possess the ability to implement design ideas technically and constructively with a high degree of detail skillfully and precisely.
• Additionally, you confidently process execution planning from scale 1:50 down to detail 1:1.
• You are reliable, enjoy working in a team, and have a high level of commitment.
• You master the German language in speech and writing
• The handling of profession-specific CAD applications is a matter of course for you (preferably VectorWorks 2- & 3-D).
• You possess good user knowledge of the Office programs Word and Excel, as well as construction administration (preferably Messerli) in the area of tendering (training possible if necessary).

Your tasks:

• In cooperation with the project management, you create the necessary project plans in 2- and 3-D, building applications, as well as the corresponding working and detail plans.
• You support the project & construction management in cost and schedule planning, tendering, and the execution of construction projects.
