Head of HR & Payroll 80-100% (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a dynamic and responsible leadership personality as Head of HR 80-100% (from the region).

Your main tasks:

• Operational and strategic leadership of the HR department including the entire payroll accounting (Payroll)
• Responsibility for timely and correct payroll processing
• Management of the entire recruiting and onboarding process
• Languages: German fluent (FR or IT good)
• Contact person and advisor for questions regarding labor and social insurance law
• Promoting and implementing measures for personnel development
• Support and further development of digital HR applications and IT systems
• Creation of HR reports and key figures for the management and sales management
• Support of the company fleet management as well as organization of staff events

Qualifications

• HR specialist training (e.g., HR Specialist with federal diploma) and/or a business administration degree
• Several years of sound experience in a comparable HR & Payroll management function
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll, as well as the social insurance system
• Proficient German language skills as well as good language skills in French and/or Italian are an advantage
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office, preferably experience with BC SwissSalary, Refline or similar HR systems)
• Communicative, service-oriented personality with an independent and exact way of working
