Dolder Wärmetechnik AG is a visionary SME with around 30 employees operating in the field of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration. We plan, develop, produce, install, and service sustainable heat pump and ventilation systems - for over 30 years in the highest quality and for an enthusiastic customer base throughout Switzerland and in neighboring foreign countries.

Project Manager HVAC
(m/f/d, 80–100 %)

What you will do with us

• You develop technically and economically convincing solutions from customer needs, calculate offers, and conduct sales consultations
• You are responsible for your projects from the on-site survey through planning, AVOR (work preparation), and material procurement to successful execution
• You provide technical leadership to installers and service technicians and coordinate appointments, suppliers, planners, and other project participants
• You ensure quality, costs, and deadlines internally and take on additional cross-sectional operational areas, for example, the vehicle fleet

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training EFZ in building technology, for example as a planner or installer in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary, or refrigeration
• Relevant office experience and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with further areas of building technology
• Completed or planned further training in the field of building technology, for example towards project management, dipl. Gebäudetechniker/in HF, or comparable
• Technical understanding, quick comprehension, organizational talent, and networked thinking
• Strong communication, confident appearance, assertiveness, and overview even with several parallel projects
