• Process and answer telephone and written inquiries - Customer support in German and French - Coordinate and organize deliveries - Contract management - Complaint management - Create offers - Contact with service technicians - Various administration #####

For this position you bring: #####

• Commercial education or further training - Experience in sales back office - Technical understanding - Very good German skills and good to very good French skills in speaking and writing - Ideal age between 24 years to 48 years #####
