Asset Operation Manager Packaging

You will take on an operational leadership role in the area of packaging sterile medicinal products and drive process improvements in production.

Tasks

• Representation of the Asset Lead in operational decisions in consultation with the team leaders
• Monitoring operational readiness and ensuring efficient production processes
• Coordination of production processes across shift boundaries
• Interface management with Material Management, MSAT, Engineering and global functions
• Conducting risk and opportunity assessments for operational optimization
• Coordination of shutdown activities as the central contact person
• Troubleshooting support during critical incidents

Profile

• Completed scientific or technical studies or comparable vocational training with many years of experience
• Several years of professional experience in a GMP environment, ideally in the packaging of sterile medicinal products
• Experience in handling deviations, changes and CAPAs as well as in project management
• Routine handling of IT systems
• Structured and assertive way of working
• Fluent German and very good English skills
