Bern, Switzerland (and Home Office) | 80-100% | This is how you can contribute * further develop GEBA guidelines and integral automation concepts and ensure their implementation in new construction and renovation projects * manage and accompany external GEBA specialist planners and system integrators as well as ensure the quality of concepts, specifications and functional descriptions * accompany projects from the strategy and concept phase through planning and tendering to commissioning, integral testing and final acceptance * act as a central technical interface between project management, real estate and property management, facility management, IT and external partners * contribute expertise to strategic topics, specialist committees and working groups, develop standards and guidelines and advise internal departments on demanding GEBA issues * What makes you unique * Higher technical education or a degree in building automation, building technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field * several years of professional experience in building automation, building technology or in the planning and implementation of integral building technology projects * sound knowledge in building automation, system integration, commissioning and the relevant norms and standards * experience in the leadership or technical management of external specialist planners and project partners as well as strong communication and negotiation skills * independent, structured and solution-oriented personality with high quality standards as well as strategic understanding * active knowledge of a second official language In a nutshell Actively shape the future of our buildings.
