In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for end-of-lease cleaners (M/F)

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Perform complete and thorough cleaning of apartments and premises at the end of a lease (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, window frames and rails)
• Descale and disinfect sanitary facilities (bathtub, shower, WC, sink)
• Use the products and techniques adapted to each surface
• Verify the compliance of the cleaning according to the usual criteria of the move-out inspection
• Report any anomaly or damage observed on site
• Respect the allocated deadlines, which are often short and set by the client or the real estate agency

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC or AFP as a cleaning agent, an asset
• Experience in cleaning, ideally end-of-lease or professional cleaning, desired
• Good physical condition (crouching positions, repetitive movements, carrying loads)
• Attention to detail, speed of execution and good work organization
• Autonomy, reliability and punctuality
• Driver's license an asset for travel between sites
• Flexible availability, including sometimes in the evening or on weekends depending on deadlines
• Proficiency in French; other languages a plus depending on the team
