Social Pedagogue 40% to 60%

The Ringlikon school internat has a special school with family-supplementing day care as well as an internat open all year round for a total of 36 schoolchildren in kindergarten, lower and middle school with special needs in the school, social and emotional area. The internat can be reached from Zürich HB with the S10 in 16 minutes. Our goal is to offer the child and its family system a tailored, flexible setting. We are looking for a social pedagogue 40% - 60% as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement For this challenging task, you meet the following requirements: You have a diploma in social pedagogy HF / FH and preferably professional experience in stationary work with children with behavioral difficulties. You are characterized by kindness, communication skills and humor, as well as flexibility and resilience. You are committed, have a high level of social competence and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialist offices. Irregular working hours (night shifts and weekend shifts are a matter of course for you). A willingness to help, (self) reflection, reliability and the ability to build, develop and consolidate reliable relationships with the children complete your profile.
