How you will contributeReal Estate Accounting

• Independent management of the accounting for rental properties and condominium associations
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Account reconciliations and payment transactions
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Preparation of annual statements for rental properties and condominium associations
• Support with budgeting and financial planning

Real Estate Management

• Independent management of rental properties and condominiums
• Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Processing of tenant and owner concerns
• Preparation and support for condominium owners' meetings
• Administrative care of the properties

How you will convince us

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Professional experience in real estate accounting and/or real estate management
• Experience in the area of condominiums is an advantage
• Knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and condominium law is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Good IT user skills; experience with Rimo R5 real estate management software is an advantage
• Customer-oriented and communicative personality
