Your field of activity In this versatile field service function, you will manage and develop customer relationships in the field of electrical installation and ensure professional market processing in your travel area. You plan and coordinate customer visits and consistently maintain appointments, contacts, projects, and visit reports in the CRM Cobra You manage existing and potential customers, wholesale branches, as well as sales intermediaries from the fields of electrical installation, electrical planning, industrial electricity, electrical technical schools, telecommunications, and electricity works You specifically expand customer relationships and your network, recognize new sales potential, and actively sell our installation products via the electrical wholesale You accompany large-scale projects from acquisition to implementation and control – including construction site visits and project tracking You record customer needs, market information, and feedback, derive sales opportunities and product ideas from them, and report these in a structured manner You conduct customer- and target-group-oriented product training and participate in promotions, sales promotion measures, and market investigations Your profile Completed basic technical training in the field of electrical installation, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification Experience in technical field service and in the sale of products requiring explanation Enjoyment of active customer contact, building long-term relationships, and project work Independent, structured, and reliable way of working Confident handling of CRM systems and willingness for consistent documentation in the CRM Cobra Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of training and product presentations Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage Are you interested?
