This is your contribution • Planning and controlling the project regarding leading the project team, deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks • Analyzing and specifying the project idea (feasibility, economic efficiency, risks and success factors in consultation with portfolio management) • Leading projects to achieve the project results and the procedural goals (time, costs, quality) of the project • Using suitable project management processes (monitoring risks and opportunities as well as checking the effectiveness of the measures initiated) • Defining project marketing and the communication plan and ensuring project information (maintaining relationships) • Leading projects in demanding stakeholder constellations What makes you unique • University degree (Master) in computer science or business informatics as well as experience in IT project management with different stakeholder groups • Sound knowledge of risk and quality management leadership in IT projects (process analysis/design/modeling, risk assessment and implementation of countermeasures)  • Knowledge of the organization of the 1st pillar and experience in IT projects of the 1st pillar is an advantage   • Analytical and conceptual thinking; goal- and result-oriented • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we develop our competencies and contribute different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
