Your area of responsibility:
Supporting the management of creditor and debtor accounting
Booking of bank and cash receipts
Creating and sending invoices
Carrying out dunning procedures
Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual closures
Reconciling accounts and maintaining master data
Supporting VAT settlement
General administrative tasks in finance and accounting
Your profile:
Commercial basic training with experience in accounting
Further training in accounting is an advantage
Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with common accounting software (e.g. Abacus, Sage, SAP) is an advantage
Accurate, structured and independent working method
Very good German language skills (level C2), knowledge of another national language is a plus
