What you can achieve. • You bear responsibility for the development of commodity group, sourcing, and supplier strategies as well as their implementation with a focus on end-to-end consideration. • In your area, you ensure the timely, economically sustainable supply of the division(s) / corporate divisions and are responsible for the complete execution of procurements in compliance with legal requirements (BöB/VöB) and the Code of Conduct. • You create access to market innovations and continuously develop savings through cost reductions, process optimizations, and quality improvements. • Furthermore, you support demand holders throughout Switzerland, are responsible for the contract management of assigned commodity groups, and continuously develop supplier management. • With high personal responsibility and a lot of creative freedom "from today into the future," we hand over the entire procurement process in the assigned area to you. What you bring with you. • You take on a hub function and act as a link between the demand holders and other internal stakeholders. You bundle requirements, coordinate information, and ensure efficient decision-making. • Good analytical skills and the willingness to make an active contribution in a dynamic environment motivate you to achieve top performance. • In your career, you can look back on several years of professional experience in procurement as a strategic buyer in demanding procurement businesses. As an advantage, you bring experience in the procurement of consumables (e.g., tools, fastening technology, electrical consumables) and have knowledge of public procurement (BöB/VöB). • You have a technical or commercial basic education and have further training as a Swiss Federal Diploma Procurement Specialist/Procurement Manager, or a university degree (FH/Uni) towards Business Administration, Supply Chain Management. • For this position, you need impeccable German and good French skills. Other languages are a plus.
