Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Focus Psychiatry (50 - 80 %) Working days: Monday to Friday - flexible during office hours What awaits you: You care for and accompany psychiatric clients at home; You take over case management and nursing organization for your clients; You design the nursing process together with the clients in a resource-oriented manner from A to Z; You work closely with the environment as well as an extended network (doctors, institutions, psychiatry) What you bring with you: Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, focus on psychiatry; Independent and self-responsible way of working; Empathy, mindfulness and authenticity in dealing with clients; Flexibility in work organization; Driver's license Cat.
