Your tasks

• As a companion, you offer individual and resource-oriented support for
• Actively shape nursing processes and reflect them in the nursing documentation
• Comprehensive care and support of the residents
• Help shape logistical processes in the nursing group
• Responsible for daily business together with nursing specialists

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or a corresponding foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service- and person-oriented action and working
• Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation
• Open to new things and ready to commit to progressive nursing understanding
• Resilient, team player and flexible
