Your tasks • Project management for the introduction and continuous development of the diagnostic module of our hospital information system KISIM. • Analysis of processes and interfaces between KISIM and specialized applications in the field of laboratory (LIS), microbiology, pathology, and immunohematology. • Development of concepts and specifications for the implementation of the diagnostic module and for the HL7 interfaces between KISIM and specialized applications. You test new developments and client-specific adaptations. • Competent advice to our clients during the use of the KISIM diagnostic module and conducting training. Additionally, you take charge of client-specific parameterization and adapt the module individually to their needs. • Cooperation with project teams and close collaboration with client-side interlocutors. You thus ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders. • Close collaboration with internal development and co-responsibility for the continuous development of the diagnostic module. Your profile • Training in the healthcare field (e.g., BMA HF), in medical informatics, or a university or university of applied sciences degree with corresponding experience. • Familiarity with laboratory processes, ideally experience in other areas of the diagnostic team (pathology, dialysis, pulmonary function, radiology). • Experience in LIS projects or in the parameterization and integration of LIS systems. Knowledge of other systems such as KIS, RIS, PACS is a plus. • Initial experience in the specification, implementation, and testing of HL7 interfaces. Knowledge of HL7 FHIR is a plus. • Ability to gather, analyze requirements, develop solutions (requirements engineering), specify, and document them. • Appreciates and practices a systematic and transparent working style, while actively involving themselves in a motivated team. • Service-oriented, communicative, with a confident and convincing presence and enjoyment of professional client contact. • Fluent command of German orally and in writing, ideally very good English.
