Team Lead, Commissioning & Qualification Engineering (m/w/d)

At a glance We are looking for a Team Lead to support the Head in our Commissioning & Qualification Engineering (CQE) department, which deals with the core business of manufacturing standard and customer-specific isolator projects. As Team Lead, you will lead, coach, and support a dedicated team (around 12 employees) with a strong operational focus. The role is close to the employees and responsible for daily coordination and ensuring operational performance. You set goals for the team, support employees in their daily work, recognize conflicts and emerging problems at an early stage, and act as an interface to the Head. Tasks • Technical coordination of the operational CQE team • Leadership and control of the implementation of specific strategic projects • Implementation and improvement of processes and work instructions • Support in planning and adhering to the department's budget • Implementation and monitoring of the strategy (KPI) • Processing of time and expense recording • Active participation in the recruitment process • Travel activity of around 10% Hardskills • Completed degree in engineering (FH/HF) with a focus on plant or mechanical engineering or similar • At least five years of professional experience in plant construction and qualification, preferably with a pharmaceutical background (GMP environment) • Experience in a direct or indirect leadership position • User knowledge of Siemens (Step 7/TIA) and/or Allen Bradley controls is an advantage • Safe handling of MS-Office and IT systems • Very good German language skills and good English language skills Softskills • Pronounced leadership competence with operational responsibility and leadership at eye level • Communication strength and open willingness to transparent information transfer and active feedback • Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to process improvement and technology introduction • Conflict and problem-solving competence in the daily team and project environment • Precise and reliable working method • Team player mentality with a focus on mutual support, joint goal achievement, and assumption of responsibility We offer • An open and collegial corporate culture • Freedom for ideas • Participation in sports and leisure activities • Promotion through further education, particularly at our SKAN Academy • Intensive and job-oriented training • Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies • Open communication policy • 5 weeks of vacation and possibility of additional vacation days Further information We look forward to your complete application documents (CV, diplomas, and work certificates), which you can submit directly through our career page.
