YOUR TASKS ##

• Care and support of patients before and after surgical procedures
• Assistance in the preparation of the anesthesia workplace as well as provision and control of materials, medications, and medical devices
• Assistance with regional anesthesia
• Close and partnership-based collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing specialists, and other professionals in the OR area
• Monitoring of patients within the respective competencies as well as early recognition of changes in health status
• Active participation in ensuring a high quality of care and treatment
• Participation in the further development of processes as well as in a constructive and appreciative team culture

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the acute care sector is an advantage
• In the case of a training qualification from abroad, recognition by the Schweizerische Rote Kreuz (SRK) is required
• High professional and social competence as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working
• Independence, reliability, and high quality awareness
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as contact with patients
