The Measurement Technology department focuses on the research and development of methods for automated product tests. The portfolio of tested products includes motors, gears, encoders, PCB assemblies, and systems based on these components. We develop our own hardware and software platforms. For our "Services" team in the Measurement Technology area at our headquarters in Sachseln, we are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated personality starting immediately or by agreement. Teamlead Product Management & Services # Your area of responsibility • Technical and personnel management of 2 employees of the "Services" team, including resource planning, employee evaluation, and targeted promotion and development of employees • Responsibility for Product Management of test platforms and customer-specific test solutions over the entire life cycle - from feasibility studies to continuous improvement and support • Identification and implementation of optimization potential in terms of quality, costs, and customer benefits, in close coordination with stakeholders • Ensuring the operation of test and test systems by providing technical support services for global production sites • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and active maintenance of a strong network within the organization This job is just right for you if you... • have a solid technical basic education (FH/HS/HF) with business management training. • have several years of experience in Product Management or a comparable function, ideally in a technical environment. • can quickly grasp complex technical relationships and convey them in a target-group-specific manner. • already have leadership experience or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and develop employees. • like to work interdisciplinary and across organizational boundaries. • have very good German language skills (C1-C2) and good English language skills (B1-B2).
