The Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Stadelbach is an employer for around 120 employees, a training site for numerous apprentices in various professions and a place of diverse encounters.

Tasks Healthcare Professional:
Responsible for planning, adapting and implementing the nursing process
Co-responsible for the successful implementation of primary nursing
Performing nursing and medical-technical activities and seamless documentation of resident dossiers
Taking on daily responsibility including leading the nursing staff
Accompanying doctor visits with implementation of the prescriptions
Recognizes and implements the needs and wishes of the residents and relatives
Participating in the development of departmental goals and concepts for quality assurance and cooperation with internal and external service providers
Exchange and communication with internal and external areas
Organizes their area of responsibility independently, taking into account internal specifications and the daily routine
Requirements:
Completion as Healthcare Professional EFZ (with professional experience an advantage)-
Vocational trainer FA or willingness to take on the vocational trainer function and complete the corresponding further training
Willingness to work day and night shifts
Interest in part-time/internal continuing education
Taking on responsibility
Willingness to approach changes positively
BESA and/or RAI knowledge an advantage
Team player, communicative and empathetic person
