Tasks ## • You process the cases assigned to you competently, confidently, and independently in our demanding legal environment • You initiate SchKG proceedings and monitor them • You independently arrange payment modalities and are responsible for their control as well as correct account management • You ensure the collection of loss certificate claims while keeping an eye on both the situation of our customers and the interests of the Stadt Zürich • You make contact with our customers and third parties in writing, by telephone, and personally at our counter and process the daily correspondence conscientiously and independently Profile ## • Completed commercial or equivalent basic training as well as sound debt collection experience and very good SchKG knowledge • Good knowledge of the applications SAP HANA, ASEM and eSchKG • Willingness to perform, confident appearance, open, persuasive communication and a solution-oriented approach with our demanding clientele • Very good written and oral expression in German; we would also be very pleased about good language skills in French and Italian; any further language is an advantage • High IT affinity, willingness to make optimal use of the opportunities of digitalization • Team spirit, humor, optimism and a positive view of people We offer ## a demanding and varied range of tasks in which you can contribute your strengths.
