For our facility Tertianum Residenz Zollikerberg, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach-Smartphone) Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits Taking on daily responsibility Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of versatile challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
