For the Herzogenbuchsee location, as part of an early-planned succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and inspiring leadership personality as Branch Manager (m/f/d) 100 % Tasks: Overall responsibility for the technical, personnel and economic management of the branch with around 20 employees and apprentices Further development of the location as well as active co-shaping of the regional corporate strategy Leadership, motivation and promotion of employees as well as further development of a positive corporate culture Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new projects in the areas of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and service Responsibility for calculations, pricing as well as contract negotiations Ensuring an economically successful development of the branch based on defined key figures Close cooperation with the regional management and the various specialist departments within the Hälg Group Role model function as an authentic leadership personality with high presence in the market and among the employees Profile: Further training as Dipl.
