Your Field of Activity
In this responsible function, you will undertake deputy personnel leadership tasks within your specialist department and support the head of the specialist department in ensuring high-quality, efficient and economical operations. You will accompany employees and promote professional and personal development, actively drive projects and innovations and contribute to an appreciative, constructive team culture
Your clinical focus is on radiological patient care in the Kinderspital as well as in the Frauenklinik. In doing so, you ensure optimal, appropriate and economical care of the patients. As part of the cross-location cooperation, you will also undertake assignments, rotations and shifts in the center
With specialist competence and an overview, you prepare radiological examinations and therapies, carry them out independently and process them afterwards. In doing so, you consistently adhere to work instructions, radiation protection regulations as well as specifications for patient and examination safety
Furthermore, you coordinate the inpatient daily program, support outpatient processes, document and bill services correctly, undertake administrative tasks according to processes and SOP and ensure structured and efficient work processes
Your Experience
You have completed training as a diplomierte Radiologiefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent qualification, and bring several years of active clinical experience. Formal leadership training or leadership experience is an advantage
