Our client is one of the largest providers of services for the elderly in Switzerland and operates locations throughout Switzerland for assisted living as well as outpatient and inpatient care services. With around 4´000 employees, the company combines many years of experience with modern care concepts and relies on an appreciative corporate culture. For the location in Basel, we are looking for a committed personality as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP 50-100% day service, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for 20 residents with mental illnesses
• Personnel and professional leadership of 17 employees
• Goal-oriented leading, promoting and coaching of employees
• Active participation as day responsibility in nursing
• Implementation of nursing concepts and guidelines in the department
• Ensuring demand-oriented and high-quality nursing and care quality
• Link between residents, relatives, authorities and employees

-Co-design of interdisciplinary cooperation and participation in meetings

• Accompanying and supporting apprentices

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP or PsyKP
• Good oral and written German skills
• Knowledge in RAI-LTCF, ideally with corresponding further training
• Knowledge in Palliative Care and dementia
• Independent and competent way of working in a team
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
