Track Construction Machinery Operator (m/f/d)

Your job ##

• Performing various positions within the team on our track construction machines
• Binding cooperation within the machine crew
• Execution of overhaul work on machines in winter at the maintenance locations of the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group
• Execution of track maintenance work on the railway facilities according to the railway specifications
• Collaboration in maintenance and repair work on the machines at the construction sites
• Universally deployable, also for assistance with tasks outside of his actual area of work in the sense of polyvalence
• Compliance with quality and safety regulations at the construction sites and in operation
• Concentrated handling and careful care of the machines and work equipment

Your profile ##

• Technically proficient and manually gifted
• Enjoyment of practical work with machines and tools
• Experience in the technical or mechanical field is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Knowledge in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, or diesel engines is a plus
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Readiness for flexible working hours / mainly night shifts as well as assignments throughout Switzerland
• Physically resilient and accustomed to working outdoors
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B mandatory
