• 26 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Genève As Senior Project Manager Electromechanical Equipment, you will lead transport infrastructure projects from the study phases to commissioning, ensuring control of costs, deadlines, quality and risks. You will coordinate the various stakeholders, supervise technical teams and contribute to the business development of the activity. Senior Project Manager Electromechanical Equipment Our client is a major international player in engineering and consulting, specializing in infrastructure, transport, energy and complex technical systems projects. Present on national and international large-scale projects, it accompanies its clients in the design, realization and operation of essential infrastructure while promoting innovation, collaboration and sustainable development. Missions • Ensure the global direction and management of multidisciplinary projects by guaranteeing compliance with cost, deadline, quality and performance objectives. • Manage the contractual, financial and organizational aspects of the assigned mandates. • Coordinate electromechanical systems such as electrical installations, energy, lighting, ventilation, supervision systems, industrial networks and security equipment. • Manage the interfaces between the different stakeholders: clients, operators, partner offices, companies, authorities and other stakeholders. • Supervise and support project teams composed of engineers, technicians and specialists. • Supervise studies, works, tests as well as the commissioning phases. • Participate in the development of the activity through the preparation of offers, business development and client relationship management. Candidate Profile You correspond to the following profile: • Higher education in electrical engineering, electromechanics or equivalent technical field. • Confirmed experience of minimum 15-20 years in managing complex electromechanical projects, ideally in engineering or consulting. • Solid skills in managing multidisciplinary projects and coordinating technical interfaces. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and results-oriented personality. • Mastery of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. • You can be based in Lausanne, Genève or Neuchâtel.
