• Participate in criminal proceedings of the military justice system
• Assist in the preparation and execution of investigative measures as well as support in the preparation of procedural-leading and procedural-concluding actions of the examining magistrate
• Participate in interrogations of defendants, persons providing information, and witnesses as well as meetings and inspections of files with lawyers
• Support the procedural management and the Senior Auditor in preparing orders as well as clarifying substantive and procedural law questions
• Support the management of the Senior Auditor's Office in project work

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law at the latest at the start of the internship
• Reliable and exact, confident linguistic expression; enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Solution- and implementation-oriented, independent, proactive
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language

At the forefront of crime investigation.

The Senior Auditor's Office is the service operation of the military justice system. In administrative and organizational terms, it is responsible for ensuring that members of the military justice system can perform their functions in accordance with the law, competently and efficiently. The Senior Auditor's Office also creates the conditions so that the military prosecution authorities and the military courts of all instances can fulfill their legal mandate independently of politics, administration, and the army.
