• Be responsible for the final end-to-end architecture of identity management
• Promote the consolidation of an integration style based on APIs and events
• Ensure the possibility of implementing identity-related processes within the federal administration
• Act in a customer-oriented manner and focus on self-service solutions
• Create the architectural foundation within the ART

What distinguishes you

• Over ten years of experience in software and data architecture, including three years of experience in directing large-scale modernization projects in regulated environments
• Solid knowledge in event-based distribution and ETL processes, in identity and access management (IAM) systems, particularly in authorization management in EIAM (employer-IAM) and IGA
• Experience in APIs, API contracts and related standards as well as CI/CD and containerization
• Leadership skills at a technical level, with experience in directing projects and mandates; sense of responsibility, secure management of topics, clear communication and a solution-oriented approach
• Active knowledge of a second official language, collaborative spirit in an interdisciplinary environment

In summary

As a systems designer, you will be responsible for the final architecture for authorization, identity management and delegated administration. You will work closely with the architecture of the entire unit to build an API and event-based platform that enables the use of federated identities and self-service solutions as well as secure access management.
